The scope of work of the school bullying prevention response team
★The principal or vice principal shall act as the convener, and its members shall include 1 teacher representative, 2 academic staff members, 1 counselor, 1 parent representative, 1 scholar expert, 1 staff representative and 1 student representative The name will be selected and hired by the principal for a term of one year. Professional counselors with awareness of bullying prevention, members of the Gender Equality Education Committee, legal professionals, special education professionals, representatives of the police, health and welfare, and legal affairs, or necessary relevant personnel may be invited to participate as needed.
★The above-mentioned necessary related personnel:
►When the parties involved are students, the head of the department and the tutor should be invited to attend the meeting.
►When the person under investigation is a teacher, the dean should be invited to attend the meeting.
►When the person under investigation is an employee, the director of the human resources department should be invited to attend the meeting.
★Responsible for the prevention, acceptance, investigation, confirmation, counseling, application and other related matters of campus bullying incidents.
★When the person under investigation is the principal, the Ministry of Education will form a school bullying incident deliberation group, which will be responsible for handling matters such as the acceptance, investigation, review, and relief of school bullying incidents by the principal in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s school bullying prevention guidelines.
