Application and Investigation Procedures for School Bullying

★The perpetrator of the suspected campus bullying incident was a student of the school when the behavior occurred. The bullied person or his legal representative may apply to the Life Counseling Team of the Academic Affairs Office for investigation.

★Applicants or informers may apply for investigation or reporting in words, in writing or by e-mail; if they do so in words or e-mails, the student assistant team will make a record, read it aloud to the applicant or informer or make it read, and confirm their After the content is correct, it will be signed or stamped by him; applicants or informants who do not have their real names may not be accepted unless they have known specific bullying cases.

★Anyone who is aware of a suspected campus bullying incident may report it in accordance with the prescribed procedures. In addition, those who are known through reports, notifications, or petitions from mass media, police agencies, medical or health and welfare agencies (institutions), etc., are deemed to have reported.

★The perpetrator was not a student of the school when the behavior occurred, and the incident should be transferred to the school where the perpetrator belonged when the behavior occurred within three working days, and the victim and the applicant should be notified.

★After receiving the application for investigation or reporting, within 20 days, notify the applicant or informant in writing whether the application is accepted.

★Anyone of the following circumstances will not accept the application:

►It is not a matter stipulated by the Ministry of Education's school bullying prevention guidelines.

►There is no specific content or the applicant and whistleblower do not have their real names.

► The same event has already been processed.
