Warning against retaliation

★The so-called retaliatory behavior includes the use of language, writing, violence and other means to intimidate and hurt people related to the incident.

★Respect the will of the bullied person and reduce the chances of interaction between the two parties; if the circumstances are serious, withdrawal or individual teaching and counseling may be given.

★ Avoid confrontation between the perpetrator and the bullied person. However, based on the necessity of education and counseling, the school bullying prevention response team has obtained the consent of both parties and their legal representatives, and there is no power or unequal status, this is not the case.

If the circumstances are serious, the school should immediately request assistance from the police, social administration agencies (institutions), or procuratorial agencies, and deal with it in accordance with the Juvenile Incident Handling Act, the Children and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act, and the Social Order Maintenance Act.
