Confidentiality of Privacy
★Based on the necessity of the investigation, within the scope of not violating the confidentiality obligation, other written materials may be prepared for the perpetrator, the bullied person or the person invited to assist in the investigation to read or give the gist.
★The names and other identifying information of the parties, informers, witnesses or assisting investigators shall be kept confidential. However, this restriction does not apply to the necessity of investigation or the consideration of public interest.
★All personnel involved in the investigation and handling of campus bullying incidents are obliged to keep confidential. If leaking secrets is involved, they will be punished according to the criminal law or other relevant regulations.
★Relevant units of the school should seal up the original documents that record the names of the parties, informers, witnesses, and investigators who assist the investigators, and should not be read or provided to people other than the investigation and judicial agencies. However, if the regulations provide otherwise, this restriction shall not apply.
★ Personnel investigating and handling school bullying incidents shall delete the real names and other identifying information of the parties, informants, witnesses, and investigators who assist in the investigation of documents produced by external agencies other than the original documents, and replace them with code names.
